Who am I?
My name is Dylan Henderson, I am an online based coach with the aim to help those that work long hours and shifts!
I have always been motivated to support those that struggle for time to look after themselves.
When it shouldn't be this way, everyone has the right to improve themselves and work on their health and fitness.
